Shipping & Delivery
Orders received by midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day with the exception of bulky freight. Orders made on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. New Zealand flat rate shipping $6.00 which includes rural delivery. These flat rates exclude bulky items. Please see individual product pages to see if an item is oversized.
We take great pride in our packing and services so that you can rest easy knowing your freight is in capable hands by trusted carriers. We endeavour to have most freight ready for collection with our carriers within 24 hours of purchase. We will send tracking details to you upon collection with our carriers. Our drivers will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day and time. If any issues do happen to arise with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to have it promptly resolved. Please note that in most cases, furniture will be transported without legs so as to protect the product. We do not offer an assembly service.
We like to keep things simple. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Send it back to us (this will be at your own expense) and we will issue you a credit so you can purchase a product that you are 100% satisfied with. Your credit is then valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Any purchase returned must be in perfect condition, original packaging and with tags still attached.
Please note: If we don't receive the product back within 14 days (or at all) , we will not credit it.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage.
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or theft during transit.
If there is a fault with the product we will meet our legal obligations under the Consumer Act.
No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
